We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Tele-Callers to join our team in
Bangalore. This is a full-time opportunity suitable for freshers who have strong communication
skills and a positive approach while interacting with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
● Communicate with customers in an empathetic, professional, and respectful manner.
● Ensure clarity and confidence while conveying information during calls.
● Conduct genuine and polite follow-ups.
○ For instance, if a customer is busy, respectfully end the call without insisting on a
specific callback time.
○ Reconnect after 2–3 hours to check the status.
● Maintain call logs and update relevant information accurately.
● Support customer queries and provide necessary guidance when required.
● Collaborate with the team to meet daily and weekly call targets.
Requirements:
● Fresh graduates or individuals looking to start their career in customer communication.
● Strong verbal communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
● Ability to stay patient, empathetic, and composed during conversations.
● Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn.
