Tele-Fundraiser Executive – Job Description

Role Overview
The Tele-Fundraiser Executive will play a key role in mobilizing resources for Tare Zameen Foundation by connecting with potential donors over phone calls. The position focuses on explaining the Foundation’s education and child-development initiatives, building donor relationships, and generating financial support for ongoing programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective donors using provided databases
- Clearly explain Tare Zameen Foundation’s mission, projects, and impact
- Encourage donations for education, child welfare, and development programs
- Build trust and maintain long-term relationships with donors
- Follow up with interested donors and maintain accurate call records
- Achieve daily/weekly fundraising targets
- Coordinate with the fundraising and program teams for updates and reporting
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and/or English
- Confident, polite, and persuasive calling approach
- Basic knowledge of fundraising, sales, or telecalling (preferred)
- Ability to handle rejection positively
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools – a plus)
