Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele-counselor based in Gurugram. The Tele-counselor will engage with clients to provide information about the clinic's dermatology, hair, and cosmetic treatment services. Responsibilities include addressing queries about available treatments, coordinating consultations, assisting clients with booking appointments, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions. Additionally, the Tele-counselor will ensure a professional and compassionate approach in all communication to enhance the client experience.
Qualifications
- Proficient in strong verbal communication and client relationship management
- Basic knowledge of skincare, hair treatments, and cosmetic solutions, with an eagerness to learn and stay updated
- Experience in customer service or tele-counseling, with strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Positive attitude, empathy, and a customer-focused mindset
- Bachelor's degree in any field; experience in the healthcare or wellness industry is a plus
