Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Tele-Counsellor who can effectively handle student inquiries, and guide students toward the right career path. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a passion for helping students build their careers
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for student inquiries
- Understand student needs and recommend suitable courses
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems
- Follow up with prospective students regularly
- Maintain proper call records and reporting
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills (Hindi, Gujarati, basic English)
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and team player mindset
Eligibility
- Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
- Experience: 0-6 m (Freshers with good communication can apply)
