Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tele-counselor based in Nagda. The Tele-counselor will be responsible for providing guidance and comprehensive information about academic programs and admission processes to prospective students and their families. Key responsibilities include handling inquiries, conducting follow-up calls, maintaining communication records, and guiding students in selecting suitable programs. The role also entails fostering a supportive and engaging counseling experience to ensure candidates feel confident in their academic decisions.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in managing calls and databases for maintaining counseling records
- Knowledge of admission processes, academic pathways, and program options
- Problem-solving skills, ability to guide students in making informed decisions
- Organizational and time-management skills for prioritizing multiple tasks
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer skills (email, MS Office)
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a relevant field (preferred)
- Experience in academic counseling or student advisory services is an advantage
- A proactive and empathetic approach to addressing student concerns and questions
