Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for a Tele-counselor at Amity University. The Tele-counselor will focus on reaching out to prospective students and parents, guiding them through the university's academic offerings and admission processes. Responsibilities include providing detailed information about courses, responding to inquiries, managing follow-up communication, and assisting in the enrollment process. The role will require effective communication and a student-centric approach to provide accurate and helpful guidance.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and approachable demeanor
- Ability to handle inquiries, provide detailed course-related information, and assist prospective students effectively
- Organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM tools
- Fluent in English and Hindi; additional languages are a plus
- Prior experience in counseling or education sector is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in education or counseling is preferred
