We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Tele Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in counselling or tele-calling roles, with a strong ability to communicate effectively, build trust with clients, and manage interactions through ERP/CRM systems. This role requires a balance of interpersonal skills and technical proficiency to deliver a seamless and supportive experience to prospective and existing customers.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound and inbound calls to engage with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and guiding them through available services or solutions.
- Provide professional counselling support, addressing queries, concerns, and objections with empathy and clarity.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the ERP/CRM system.
- Follow up with leads and ensure timely communication to drive conversions and customer satisfaction.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients by delivering consistent and high-quality support.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination and resolution of client issues.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets related to calls, conversions, and customer engagement.
- Stay updated on product/service knowledge to provide accurate information and counselling.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Counselling Skills: Strong ability to listen actively, understand client concerns, and provide appropriate guidance. Ability to handle sensitive conversations with professionalism and empathy.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication in a clear, confident, and persuasive manner. Ability to build rapport quickly over phone conversations.
- ERP/CRM Proficiency: Hands-on experience using ERP/CRM tools to manage leads, track interactions, and generate reports.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Strong focus on delivering a positive customer experience and resolving queries effectively.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple calls, follow-ups, and tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Capability to identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions promptly.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory).
- 1-3 years of experience in tele counselling, customer support, or a similar role.
- Prior experience in education, healthcare, or service-based industries is an advantage.
- Familiarity with sales or lead conversion processes is a plus
