Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Thane for a Tele Counsellor. The role involves providing guidance and advice to prospective students about university admissions and related services. Responsibilities include handling inquiries via phone, explaining service offerings, providing accurate information, and maintaining a database of leads. The Tele Counsellor will also follow up with leads, ensure effective communication, and support students throughout their admission process.
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills
- Proficiency in telecommunication tools and techniques
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries and provide effective solutions
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
- Customer service orientation and attention to detail
- Familiarity with educational consultancy or admission processes is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred
- Fluency in regional and English languages is a plus
