🎯 Job Overview:
We are hiring a dynamic and motivated 𝐓𝐞𝐥𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐫 to assist in the admissions process. The role involves interacting with prospective students, addressing their queries, and supporting them in choosing the right program.
🛠️ Roles & Responsibilities:
- Connect with potential students through outbound calls based on assigned leads
- Respond to incoming enquiries regarding courses and enrollment
- Provide detailed information about programs, eligibility criteria, fee structure, and admission steps
- Regularly follow up with interested candidates to drive conversions
- Update and manage student information in CRM/Excel
- Work closely with the admissions team to ensure smooth onboarding of students
🎓 Eligibility:
- Any Graduate (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
- 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, counselling, or customer interaction roles
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
💡 Key Skills:
- Strong verbal communication (English with Hindi or Telugu is an added advantage)
- Ability to persuade and build rapport with students
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools
