BrandBoost Marketing is hiring Tele-Calling Staff on behalf of one of our client companies in the recruitment industry.
This role involves communicating with job seekers, understanding their requirements, and guiding them toward suitable job opportunities. You will act as a key point of contact between candidates and the recruitment team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound and handle inbound calls from job seekers
• Understand candidate profiles, skills, and job preferences
• Share information about available job opportunities
• Guide candidates through the application process
• Maintain basic records of calls and candidate details
• Coordinate with the recruitment team

Requirements:
• Good communication skills (Malayalam & basic English preferred)
• Friendly and confident speaking ability
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to handle multiple calls
• Experience in tele-calling/recruitment is a plus (not mandatory)

• Position: Full-time
• Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹12,000 + Incentives
• Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Location: Changanacherry
