Role Description
This is a remote internship role for a Tele Calling Intern. The Tele Calling Intern will engage with prospective clients to provide information about our services, schedule appointments, and answer inquiries. Key responsibilities include making outbound calls, maintaining customer records, following up on leads, and supporting the sales team in generating and converting prospects. Interns will receive training and gain exposure to industry practices.
Qualifications
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and friendly tone
- Customer relationship skills, including handling inquiries and providing accurate information
- Time management and organizational capabilities to maintain detailed and accurate records
- Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with MS Office and CRM software
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with a team
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to address customer concerns efficiently
- Previous telemarketing, sales, or customer service experience is a bonus but not mandatory
Internship Details :
Role: Telecaller Intern (B2B / B2C)
(Lead Generation & B2B)
First 10 days Training Period no Stipend
💰 Stipend: ₹5000/Per month + Performance-Based Incentives

Key Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls to B2B and B2C clients
- Handle lead generation, follow-ups, and basic sales conversations
- Explain services/products clearly to potential customers
- Maintain call records and update lead details
- Coordinate with the internal team for daily call updates
• Meet daily calling and engagement targets
Required Skills
- Good communication skills (English mandatory, Hindi preferred)
- Confidence in speaking to clients over phone
- Basic understanding of sales / tele-calling
- Willingness to learn and work with targets
Proactive attitude and discipline
