Role Description
We are looking for a proactive Tele-Calling Executive to engage with potential customers, generate leads, and support the sales team. The role involves handling outbound and inbound calls, understanding customer requirements, and ensuring effective follow-ups to drive conversions.
Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and handle inbound inquiries
• Explain company products/services in a clear and professional manner
• Understand customer requirements and qualify leads
• Generate leads and schedule meetings/site visits for the sales team
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM/Excel
• Conduct timely follow-ups with potential customers
• Track call outcomes and share daily/weekly reports
• Coordinate with sales and internal teams
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Required Skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good convincing and negotiation abilities
• Lead generation and lead qualification skills
• Understanding of sales funnel and customer lifecycle
• Ability to handle objections and nurture leads
• Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools
• Target-oriented mindset

• Graduate (Mandatory)
• Freshers with good communication skills can apply
• Prior experience in tele-calling/customer service/lead handling is a plus
