Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecalling Executive, located in New Delhi. The Telecalling Executive will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing prompt and accurate responses to client inquiries, and assisting clients throughout the visa application process. The role also involves maintaining updated records of customer interactions, offering information about services, resolving concerns efficiently, and contributing to positive client experiences.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, including fluency in English and/or regional languages, and excellent telephone etiquette
- Customer service abilities, including active listening, problem-solving, and an empathetic approach
- Basic proficiency in computer applications and tools like CRM software, data entry, and email handling
- Organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple inquiries and maintain detailed records
- Previous telecalling or customer service experience is a plus
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively with teams
- Minimum educational qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent
