Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Tele calling role based in the Pune District. The Tele caller will contact prospective students, explain clinical research and related courses, and respond to inquiries about program details, fees, schedules, and career outcomes. The role involves following up on leads, maintaining call logs and student databases, and coordinating with the admissions and counseling teams to support enrollment processes. The Tele caller will also provide accurate information, build rapport with callers, and contribute to achieving admission and outreach targets through professional, courteous communication.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and telephone etiquette skills, with the ability to speak clearly, listen actively, and convey information in a professional manner.
- Customer service and relationship-building abilities to handle queries, address concerns, and support prospective students through the decision-making process.
- Basic computer literacy, including experience with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and email for maintaining records and tracking follow-ups.
- Organizational and time-management skills to manage call volumes, prioritize leads, and meet daily and weekly outreach targets.
- Prior experience in tele calling, inside sales, counseling, or education industry admissions is an advantage.
- Comfortable working on-site in Pune District and collaborating with cross-functional teams in admissions and counseling.
- Minimum educational qualification: Higher Secondary (12th) or Bachelor’s degree; a background in commerce, arts, or healthcare-related fields is beneficial.
- Ability to communicate in English and local languages commonly used in Pune; additional language skills are a plus.
