Adventure Buddha is a growing travel startup building a strong travel community in Bangalore. We create curated adventure trips across India — and we’re looking for someone who can confidently convert travel inquiries into bookings.
📍 Hybrid | Bangalore (Sanjay Nagar)
💰 ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 Fixed + Performance Incentives
🚀 What You’ll Do:
- Call & follow up with incoming travel leads
- Explain trip packages clearly via calls & WhatsApp
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
- Maintain lead records and coordinate with the team
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
- Fluent in English, Hindi & Kannada
- Comfortable handling daily calls & WhatsApp chats
- Target-driven and confident communicator
- 0–2 years experience in telecalling/sales preferred
📈 Growth Path: Sales Executive → Team Lead → Business Development
