Responsibilities:
• Engaging with potential customers through calls
• Understanding customer needs and explaining services clearly
• Identifying and qualifying potential leads
• Following up with interested prospects
• Supporting the team in converting leads into business opportunities
• Maintaining accurate records of interactions
Requirements:
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence in speaking with customers
• Basic computer knowledge
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Prior experience in customer interaction is an added advantage
