We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Telecalling Executive to promote and sell loan products over calls. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining loan options, and converting leads into successful sales.
📋 Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data
Explain loan products (Personal Loan, Home Loan, Business Loan, etc.)
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan options
Generate leads and convert them into sales
Maintain customer database and follow-up regularly
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
Coordinate with backend team for loan processing
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
Good communication skills (Hindi/English)
Basic knowledge of loan/financial products (preferred)
Sales and convincing skills
Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure
