Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Telecalling role located in Pune Division. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective students, providing information about our courses, addressing inquiries, and assisting with enrollment processes. Other responsibilities include maintaining detailed records of interactions, following up with prospects as needed, and achieving enrollment targets through effective communication and persuasion strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
- Customer service skills including active listening and addressing client inquiries professionally.
- Effective organizational skills and attention to detail for maintaining accurate call and enrollment records.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales or enrollment targets in a telecalling or similar role.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic computer applications such as MS Office.
- Fluency in English and local languages, with excellent verbal articulation.
- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience in sales, communications, or customer service is preferred.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic and target-driven environment.
