Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for Tele Callers in Sales, based in Bengaluru. The primary responsibilities include making outgoing calls to prospective clients, providing information about our property offerings, responding to inquiries, and guiding customers through their initial property journey. Additional tasks include maintaining a detailed record of client interactions, following up with leads, and contributing to achieving sales targets. Collaboration with the sales and marketing teams to improve customer engagement is also expected.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to engage with clients effectively
- Proficiency in telecalling, lead generation, and customer relationship management
- Basic knowledge of real estate sales, property documentation, and client handling
- Effective organizational and multitasking abilities to manage leads and contacts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and familiarity with CRM software is a plus
- Fluency in English, Kannada, and/or additional regional languages is advantageous
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related fields is a plus
