About the Role
Accurate Group of Institutions is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Tele Callers / Education Counselors to connect with prospective students and guide them regarding various undergraduate and postgraduate programs.
Courses to Promote:
· B.Tech
· BBA
· BCA
· B.Com (Hons.)
· Pharmacy (B.Pharm / D.Pharm)
· Law (BA LLB / BBA LLB / LLB)
· MBA / PGDM
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Contact prospective students and parents through calls and follow-ups.
✅ Provide detailed information about courses, eligibility, admission process, scholarships, placements, and campus facilities.
✅ Counsel students regarding suitable career and educational opportunities.
✅ Generate and qualify admission leads.
✅ Schedule campus visits and admission counseling sessions.
✅ Maintain and update student databases and call records in CRM/software.
✅ Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.
✅ Follow up regularly with interested candidates until admission closure.
Desired Candidate Profile:
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✔ Fluency in Hindi and basic English.
✔ Ability to convince and counsel prospective students.
✔ Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
✔ Knowledge of admission processes will be an added advantage.
✔ Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
