Role Description

We are seeking enthusiastic Tele Callers for a full-time, on-site role in Hyderabad. As a Tele Caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, answering inquiries, providing detailed information about Frankfinn's training programs, and persuading them to enroll. You will also maintain records of calls and manage customer interactions effectively to build strong relationships and ensure satisfaction. Collaborating with the team to meet individual and group targets will be an integral part of the role.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in communication skills, both verbal and written, with a pleasant and professional tone.
  • Ability to engage with customers, build rapport, and deliver clear and persuasive information.
  • Basic computer knowledge, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Strong multitasking, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Positive attitude, patience, and problem-solving skills to handle customer inquiries effectively.
  • Prior experience in tele-calling, customer service, or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn about training programs and deliver accurate information to prospective clients.
