About APX Velocity
APX Velocity is a fast-growing organization focused on connecting individuals with the right opportunities through structured guidance and communication. We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Tele-Caller to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective candidates and guide them through available opportunities
- Clearly explain offerings and address queries in a professional manner
- Build rapport and maintain strong communication with leads
- Follow up regularly to ensure conversions and engagement
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and updates
- Achieve daily and monthly performance targets
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills (Tamil & English mandatory)
- Strong convincing and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle high call volumes and meet targets
- Self-motivated and disciplined, especially for remote work
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Prior tele-calling or sales experience is a plus
- Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th / Any Degree
Compensation & Benefits
- Fixed salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 (based on performance)
