Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow for a Tele Caller Team Lead. The Tele Caller Team Lead will oversee a team of tele callers, guiding and motivating them to achieve their targets. Responsibilities include monitoring and improving team performance, ensuring adherence to company protocols, conducting regular training sessions, and maintaining customer satisfaction. The Team Lead will also handle escalations, work with sales and loan officers, and ensure efficient communication for better customer service and loan processing.
Qualifications
- Leadership and people management skills, including team mentoring, performance monitoring, and conflict resolution
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills to guide teams and engage with clients effectively
- Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and work in fast-paced environments
- Knowledge of loan and financial products, customer service, and document verification processes
- Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and call center technologies
- Prior experience in tele-calling, team leadership, or sales in a financial services or banking environment is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is a plus
