We’re Hiring: Sales Telecaller Executives (Football Academy)Company: Sportto Soccer Club / Sportto Residential Academy
Location: Kerala (On-site)

We are looking for dynamic and result-driven Sales Telecaller Executives to join our growing team at Sportto. This role focuses on converting football trial-selected leads into confirmed admissions for our Summer Camps & Residential Programs.

Key Responsibilities- Call and follow up with parents/players who attended trials
- Clearly explain program details, benefits, and player pathways
- Handle objections and convert leads into admissions
- Maintain daily call logs and follow-up tracking
- Coordinate with management for updates and reporting
- Build trust through professional and confident communication

Requirements- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Ability to speak Malayalam
- Out of 5 positions:
- 3 candidates – Malayalam + English
- 2 candidates – Malayalam + Hindi + English
- Knowledge of additional languages (Tamil / Kannada / North-East languages) is an added advantage
- Prior experience in telecalling / sales/education counselling preferred
- Interest in sports/football is a plus

Salary & Incentives- Fixed Salary: ₹12,000/month
- Incentives:
- ₹1,000 per Summer Camp admission
- ₹5,000 per Yearly Residential admission
