Sales amp; Business Development
Outbound Prospecting: Call potential customers from provided databases to pitch banking
products.
Asset Sales: Market and sell Loans, Business Loans, LAP, and Working Capital.
Liability Mobilization: Source new Savings Accounts, Current Accounts, and Term Deposits.
Customer Engagement amp; Support
Lead Nurturing: Follow up on digital leads, website inquiries, and dropped application funnels.
Product Guidance: Explain interest rates, processing fees, loan eligibility, and documentation
requirements clearly.
Query Resolution: Address customer grievances, product doubts, and fee-related questions
professionally.
Your Skills And Experience
Graduate in any discipline (Commerce, Business Administration, or Finance preferred).
1 to 3 years of experience in tele-sales, banking, financial services, or BPO outbound sales.
Strong command over regional languages and English (both verbal and written).
Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to handle customer objections.
Familiarity with CRM tools, LMS, and Excel.
