Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tele Caller specializing in real estate, based in Gurugram, India. The role involves reaching out to potential and existing clients to provide information on property offerings, answer inquiries, and schedule appointments. The Tele Caller will maintain client databases, follow up on leads, and provide exceptional service to enhance customer engagement. The position also requires administrative support related to sales and ensuring smooth communication with prospective buyers.
Qualifications
- Effective Communication and Active Listening skills for engaging with clients and understanding their needs
- Sales and Telecalling expertise, including lead generation, client follow-up, and persuasive capabilities
- Proficiency in Client Relationship Management and maintaining accurate records in CRM tools
- Basic knowledge of the real estate domain, including property markets and legal documentation, is an advantage
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple client interactions efficiently
- Proficient in spoken and written English, with knowledge of additional local languages considered an asset
- Availability to work on-site at the Delhi-based location
