Role Description
This is a remote internship role for a Tele Caller (Lead Generation & B2B Development) at HRA Groups. The primary responsibilities include engaging with potential clients over calls, generating leads, establishing and nurturing B2B relationships, and working towards achieving set objectives. Additional duties may include documenting call details and feedback, assisting in outreach strategies to broaden the client base, and collaborating with team members to optimize engagement efforts.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills and experience in customer engagement
- Ability to conduct lead generation and telecalling for B2B development
- Skills in effective documentation and maintaining detailed client records
- Proficiency in time management, team collaboration, and goal-oriented activities
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies is beneficial
- Previous experience in IT or training-related services is an advantage
