We are looking for a motivated and confident Tele Caller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, following up with potential clients, and supporting business development activities.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
-Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain company services
-Generate and qualify leads through telecalling activities
-Follow up with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, and emails
-Schedule meetings for the sales team
-Maintain proper records of calls and client interactions
-Handle client queries professionally
-Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email communication
-Ability to convince and communicate effectively
-Positive attitude and self-motivated approach
-6 Months – 2 Years of experience in telecalling or inside sales preferred
-Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
