Tele-caller in the admission office of Vishwakarma University, Pune
We are looking for a competent person for the position of Tele-caller in the admission office of Vishwakarma University, Pune.
Work Location: Pune
Minimum requirement:
Bachelor’s or Master's Degree with excellent fluency of English and Marathi/Hindi language and effective communication skills
Job responsibilities:
1] Inquiry Handling: Responding to inquiries from prospective students about courses, admission procedures, fees, and other related information.
2] Follow-up Calls: Calling prospective students who have shown interest in taking admission to provide additional information and address any queries they may have.
3] Application Assistance: Guiding students through the application process, helping them fill out forms, and ensuring they submit all required documents.
4] In addition to above, assisting the admission office team.
