We are looking for a result-oriented Telecalling Executive to join our Hyderabad team to drive lead generation and customer engagement for our IT service portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Generation: Make outbound calls to prospective clients and businesses to introduce ParamInfo’s IT services and products.
- Database Management: Maintain and update an accurate record of all calls, leads, and follow-ups in the Database.
- Consultative Approach: Understand client requirements and explain how our technology solutions can add value to their business.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings or product demos for the sales and technical teams with qualified prospects.
- Follow-ups: Conduct regular follow-up calls with potential clients to move them through the sales funnel.
- Feedback: Provide daily/weekly reports on call volume, lead quality, and market feedback to the management.
Requirements & Qualifications- Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven experience as a Telecaller, Sales Executive, or similar role .
- Education: Graduate in any stream.
- Location: Only Hyderabad-based candidates will be considered.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Skills: Strong persuasion skills, active listening, and a basic understanding of IT services/software.
