About Dexter Energy
Dexter Energy is a growing player in India's solar energy sector, committed to powering homes and businesses with clean, reliable, and affordable solar solutions. We're focused on accelerating the country's transition to sustainable energy, and we're looking for a motivated Tele Caller / Customer Relations Executive to join our team.
About the role
You'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers — explaining our solar solutions, building a strong pipeline of leads, and supporting clients from their first call through to onboarding.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously
- Explain Dexter Energy's products and services to prospective customers
- Generate, qualify, and maintain a healthy pipeline of leads
- Follow up with clients consistently and schedule meetings and site visits
- Maintain accurate daily call records, reports, and CRM updates
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in tele-calling, customer service, or sales (solar industry experience preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Hindi and English
- Basic understanding of the solar industry (rooftop solar, on-grid/off-grid systems, subsidies, etc.)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Confident phone presence and a customer-first attitude
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Based in or willing to commute to Gurgaon
What we offer
- Fixed monthly salary of ₹15,000 – ₹20,000
