Role Description
This full-time, on-site role is based in Thane and involves working as a Tele Caller for Bank Follow-Up & Billing. The primary responsibilities include handling outbound and inbound calls, maintaining communication with banking partners, ensuring timely updates on client accounts, and following up on billing-related matters. Additionally, responsibilities include preparing and managing reports, maintaining documentation, and addressing queries from customers or banking representatives.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle inbound and outbound communication effectively.
- Proficiency in data management, report preparation, and maintaining accurate records.
- Relevant experience in banking, financial services, or the telecom industry is a plus.
- Graduate in commerce or equivalent professional experience preferred.
