Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tele Caller at PaisaMart's Faridabad office. The Tele Caller will handle client interactions, follow up on leads, and provide guidance regarding loan options. The role involves managing inbound and outbound calls, answering queries, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining accurate records of communication and transactions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in making outbound calls and handling customer inquiries
- Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to explain complex financial information in an understandable manner
- Basic computer knowledge for accurate record-keeping and data entry
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Fluency in local languages and English is preferred
- Previous experience in tele-calling, customer service, or sales is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is preferred but not mandatory
