Role & responsibilities:
We are looking for an enthusiastic, persuasive, and target-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our Business Development and CRM team in Delhi. In this role, you will be the voice of our company, responsible for driving growth, engaging with potential clients, and maintaining stellar customer relationships.
- Lead Generation & Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to pitch products/services and uncover new sales opportunities.
- Client Engagement: Follow up diligently on incoming inquiries and maintain continuous, meaningful engagement with customers.
- Consultative Selling: Understand specific client requirements and clearly articulate how our products/services add value to their business.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and detailed logs of all conversations, call statuses, and customer interactions in our CRM software.
- Pipeline Coordination: Schedule qualifying appointments and coordinate meetings for the on-ground Business Development team.
- Customer Support: Promptly address customer concerns, offer effective solutions, and elevate overall customer satisfaction.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call volumes and conversion targets.
- Purchase : Conduct outbound calls to suppliers and vendors to negotiate product pricing, confirm availability, and finalize purchase orders.
Preferred candidate profile:
- Language Proficiency: Must be highly fluent in both English and Hindi (Verbal and Written).
- Experience: 1- 3 years of proven experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Inside Sales, or Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
- Education: High school diploma required; Bachelors degree is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Basic hands-on experience with CRM tools and MS Office (specifically Excel and Word).
- Core Competencies: Exceptional verbal communication, active listening, strong negotiation skills, and a high resilience to handle rejections with a positive attitude.
