Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telecaller based in Bengaluru South. The Telecaller will engage in daily client outreach, provide information about services, answer inquiries, and maintain detailed call logs. The role involves developing relationships with current and potential clients, identifying opportunities for engagement, and ensuring excellent customer service while achieving call and outreach targets.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and provide effective resolutions
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry for maintaining call records
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus
- Fluency in English and at least one regional language
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
- High level of reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Secondary education certificate or above; Bachelor’s degree is an advantage
