Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Tele caller, located in Bengaluru. The Tele caller will handle outbound and inbound calls to engage with potential and existing students, providing detailed information about KIIT’s programs, admissions procedures, and other academic opportunities. Additional responsibilities include answering inquiries, maintaining accurate call records, and coordinating follow-ups with prospective students to ensure a seamless experience. The role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to contribute to building strong relationships.
