Role Description The Tele Caller role is a full-time, on-site position based in S Rayavaram. The Tele Caller will make outbound and receive inbound calls to inform potential users about the platform, explain services, and answer basic queries. Daily tasks include maintaining call records, updating lead information in internal systems, and following up with interested entrepreneurs and investors. The role involves clearly communicating offerings, gathering feedback from callers, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely responses and support. The Tele Caller is expected to meet call and conversion targets while maintaining a professional and respectful communication style.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills in English and local languages, with clear articulation and active listening abilities.
- Customer service and relationship-building skills, including patience, empathy, and a professional phone etiquette.
- Basic computer literacy, including experience with call logs, CRM tools, or spreadsheets to manage leads and records.
- Ability to follow scripts while adapting conversations to caller needs and resolving common questions or concerns.
- Time management and organizational skills to handle high call volumes and prioritize follow-ups effectively.
- Comfort working in a target-driven environment, with a focus on quality of interactions and lead conversion.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; additional coursework or qualifications in communications or marketing is a plus.
