Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tele-Caller based in Noida. The Tele-Caller will be responsible for engaging with potential donors and clients to promote awareness of non-profit initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include making outbound calls, explaining causes, generating interest, addressing queries, and securing funding or commitments. The role also requires maintaining accurate records of interactions and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively present and explain concepts and causes over the phone
- Proficiency in record-keeping and basic computer skills
- Experience in telecalling, sales, customer service, or fundraising is preferred
- Goal-oriented mindset and the ability to work in a team environment
- Fluency in English and Hindi is essential
