Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tele Caller based in Hyderabad. The Tele Caller will be responsible for managing outbound and inbound calls, handling inquiries, following up with prospective candidates, providing information about educational opportunities abroad, and maintaining detailed call records. The role involves consistent engagement with potential clients, ensuring their queries are addressed and guiding them through the services offered by Gradlers.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in managing inbound and outbound calls and providing support
- Ability to explain processes and guide clients toward informed decisions
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain accurate call records
- Customer service orientation and a problem-solving mindset
- Proficiency in English, with additional local languages skills being a plus
- 1 - 2 Years of Experience in telecalling or customer service is preferred
- Graduate degree in any discipline or equivalent qualification
