🎯 Role Overview:
We are hiring Tele Callers / Admission Counsellors who possess strong conversational ability, convincing skills, and a passion for interacting with students and parents.
This role is ideal for candidates who can build trust, communicate effectively, and convert enquiries into admissions through meaningful conversations.
⚡ Key Responsibilities:
✔ Handle inbound and outbound admission calls professionally
✔ Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, fee structure, and admission process
✔ Follow up consistently with interested candidates and nurture leads
✔ Convert enquiries into campus visits and admissions
✔ Maintain accurate student data and follow-up records in Excel/CRM
✔ Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams for smooth admission processing
✔ Deliver a professional and positive student experience throughout the admission cycle
✅ Who Can Apply?
✔ Graduates from any discipline
✔ 0–3 years of experience in tele calling, counselling, admissions, customer relations, or sales support
✔ Freshers with exceptional communication and convincing skills are also encouraged to apply
✔ Immediate joiners will be preferred
💡 Skills We Are Looking For:
✔ Excellent conversational and interpersonal skills
✔ Strong convincing and counselling abilities
✔ Confidence in speaking with students and parents
✔ English communication is mandatory
✔ Hindi and Telugu communication will be an added advantage
✔ Positive attitude, energy, and result-oriented mindset
✔ Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM handling
