🎯 𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲:
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Tele Caller to support our admissions team.
The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, guiding prospective students, and assisting them throughout the admission process.
🛠️ 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
Make outbound calls to prospective students from provided leads.
Handle inbound enquiries related to courses and admissions.
Explain course details, eligibility, fees, and admission process clearly.
Follow up with interested candidates to convert leads into admissions.
Maintain accurate records of calls and student data in Excel/CRM.
Coordinate with the admissions team for application processing.
🎓 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
Any Graduate (Preferred).
0–3 years of experience in tele calling / counselling / sales support
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
💡 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬:
Good communication skills (English + Hindi/Telugu preferred)
Convincing and negotiation skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel
