Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and communication-driven Telecaller to connect with potential customers, handle queries, and support the sales team by generating and qualifying leads.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Outbound & Inbound Calling
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data
- Handle inbound inquiries and respond to customer queries
✔ Lead Generation & Qualification
- Identify interested prospects and qualify leads
- Maintain and update lead data in the system
✔ Handling Technical Queries
- Address basic technical queries related to solar products (training will be provided)
- Escalate complex queries to the concerned team
✔ Customer Engagement
- Build rapport with customers and maintain a professional approach
- Follow up with leads regularly to drive conversions
✔ Coordination with Sales Team
- Share qualified leads with the sales team
- Support in scheduling meetings or site visits
✔ Reporting
- Maintain call records and daily reports
- Track performance and targets
Key Requirements:
✔ 1–2 years of experience in telecalling / customer support
✔ Educational qualification: BE / B. Tech or any Engineering-related field12
✔ Good communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Basic understanding of technical concepts (solar knowledge preferred)
✔ Ability to handle customer queries confidently
