Role Description
The Telecaller for Dream Sky Realty will be responsible for daily interaction with clients to provide information about available properties, address inquiries, and follow up on leads provided by the company. Responsibilities include making outbound calls, maintaining a database of client information, and coordinating with the sales and marketing team to achieve targets. The role also involves updating clients on new listings, managing appointments for property viewings, and ensuring excellent customer service. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and maintain relationships.
- Strong persuasive abilities and negotiation skills to convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
- Effective time management and organizational skills for handling multiple calls and scheduling appointments.
- Basic proficiency in handling customer relationship management (CRM) tools and managing databases.
- Knowledge of real estate market trends and understanding of NRI services is an advantage.
- Enthusiastic, goal-oriented, and self-driven, with the ability to work under supervision and meet targets.
- Previous experience in telecalling or customer service, particularly in the real estate sector, is preferred.
- Fluency in English and Hindi is essential; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
