🚀 We’re Hiring: Tele Caller / Customer Relations Executive
📍 Location: Gurgaon (On-site)
💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner
- Explain Dexter Energy’s products and services to potential customers
- Generate, qualify, and maintain a healthy pipeline of customer leads
- Follow up with clients consistently and schedule meetings / site visits•
- Maintain accurate daily call records, reports, and CRM updates
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding
Requirements
- Fresher or Minimum 1 year of experience in tele-calling, customer service, or sales (solar industry preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi & English)
- Basic understanding of the solar industry (rooftop solar, on-grid/off-grid systems, subsidies, etc.)
- Proficiency in MS Office – Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Confident phone presence and a customer-first attitude
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
Who Can Apply (Female Candidates)
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in tele-calling, sales, or customer support
- Candidates basedin or willing to commute to Gurgaon
