Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Tele Caller role based in Hyderabad. The Tele Caller will focus on effectively handling inbound and outbound calls to engage with potential and existing customers. Responsibilities include providing information about our services, solving customer queries, generating leads, and following up with potential clients. The role also involves meeting targets, maintaining call records, and contributing to marketing and sales campaigns.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in verbal communication, active listening, and persuasive communication
- Ability to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver excellent customer service
- Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer relationship management is preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills to manage calls and follow-ups
- Familiarity with CRM tools or databases, along with basic computer skills
- Fluency in English and local languages is an added advantage
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
- Educational background: Minimum of a high school diploma; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus
