Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Tele Caller / Account Relationship Manager. The role involves making outbound and receiving inbound calls to connect with prospective and existing clients, explain investment products and services, and generate qualified leads for the wealth management team. The professional will maintain and update client databases, schedule meetings for relationship managers, and follow up on inquiries to support conversion and retention. Daily responsibilities include answering client questions, sharing product and service information, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve queries promptly. The role also includes documenting call outcomes, preparing basic call reports, and contributing to a positive, client-centric experience at every touchpoint.
Qualifications
- Strong client communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage confidently and professionally over the phone.
- Basic understanding of financial products such as mutual funds, equity, fixed income, and other investment solutions, or a strong willingness to learn.
- Comfort using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and other office applications to manage leads, update records, and track follow-ups.
- Fluency in English and Hindi (additional Indian languages are an advantage) for effective communication with diverse clients.
- Proactive, target-oriented mindset with good time management, attention to detail, and the ability to handle high call volumes.
- Prior experience in tele-calling, customer service, inside sales, or financial services support is preferred but not mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred; candidates with relevant experience in wealth management or financial services will be given added consideration.
