What You'll Do
Outbound Telesales
- Make structured outbound calls to prospects
- Qualify leads based on energy consumption, ownership, and interest level
- Handle objections confidently and move prospects toward a site visit or meeting
- Follow up via calls, WhatsApp, and email until a clear yes or no
- Book appointments and coordinate schedules for the BD team
- Maintain accurate, updated records in CRM after every interaction
- Self-review calls periodically against a script and quality checklist
- Flag objections or questions that aren't in the current script and report upward
- Track your own connect rate, conversion rate, and callback success weekly
Requirements
• Graduate in any discipline (preference for sales or marketing background)
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English and Hindi
• Strong follow-up, coordination, and client relationship management abilities
• Basic understanding of solar energy solutions.
• Self-driven, result-oriented, and comfortable working with targets.
