About the role
Job Description:
Client management:
1.Act as a primary contact for the offshore recruitment team and ensure that all the requirements are fulfilled.
2.Take responsibility and ownership for the complete delivery.
3.Responsbile for submitting qualified candidate to the client portal-VMS/MSP.
4. Attend spotlight calls and share the MOM with the group without fail.
5. Have proper understanding of scorecard and SLA’s (Service level agreement as per the client).
6. Any rejection of resume on VMS/client should be reviewed and discuss the reasons with the team.
7. Selling consultant as why he is a good fit for the positions which are above 30 USD/ hr pay rate. (Example: cover letter or in VMS writing why he is a good fit)
8.Ensuing quality submission on every requirement or declining requirements where we know we cannot submit candidate with in SLA
9.Clear understanding of requirements and build pipelines for future sourcing.
10. On PO confirmation ensure that you coordinate with AM’s so you know who will reach out to the consultant to confirm with him/her.
11. Participate at TekWissen at Quarterly Business Reviews with the client i.e. score card meetings.
12. Manage the ATS portal content for all the active head count with Start date, work location, Pay rate, bill rate, BCG requirements etc. VMS data and ATS data should match.
Team management:
1. Ensure that team members do not sit with less than 2 submissions on any given working day.
2.Discover training needs and provide coaching to team members.
3.Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
4.Ensure that all assigned team-members have a solid understanding of client business objectives and plans in place to attain those objectives.
5.Develop sourcing and screening strategies for core skillsets as per the client needs.
6. Ensure team members have all the resources to perform the responsibility. (Example: Job boards, ATS, Job posting). Give feedback on what external resources we need to succeed.
