Role Description

TRC Engineering (India) Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Tekla Precast Detailer for a full-time position based in Bengaluru. The role includes preparing detailed design drawings and models for precast concrete structures using Tekla software, interpreting architectural and structural engineering plans, and collaborating with design and engineering teams to ensure accuracy. The detailer will also perform quality checks, resolve detailing issues, and ensure projects align with client specifications and timelines. This is an on-site role requiring attention to detail and effective communication with team members and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Tekla Structures software for modeling and producing detailed drawings in the precast concrete industry.
• Understanding of architectural and structural engineering drawings, with the ability to interpret and coordinate data effectively.
• Skills in quality checking, error identification, and resolving design or detailing issues. Attention to detail is critical.
• Familiarity with construction standards, codes, and processes related to precast concrete structures.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related field is preferred.
• Experience working in the precast industry will be considered an added advantage.
• Willingness to work on-site in Bengaluru, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines and producing high-quality work.
