Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tekla Modeler, located in Pune. The Tekla Modeler will be responsible for creating detailed 3D models, developing structural designs, and generating accurate drawings using Tekla software. Additional tasks include modifying existing models, collaborating with design and engineering teams, and ensuring that designs adhere to industry standards and project requirements. The role requires careful attention to detail, regular communication with project team members, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Tekla Structures for creating 3D models and generating fabrication drawings
- Experience in structural design, drawing extraction, and detailing
- Problem-solving skills with an ability to review and make updates to existing designs
- Strong understanding of engineering and industry standards relevant to structural detailing
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities to work closely with design and engineering teams
- Good organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related technical field
- Familiarity with engineering tools and standards specific to pressure vessels, piping, or industrial structures is a plus
- Previous experience with projects in Oil & Gas, Chemical, or related industries is an advantage
